Reprinting the Law
Emerging technologies such as 3D printing could turn existingbusiness models and supply chains upside down. This leads to newapplications of existing legal concepts, such as intellectualproperty (eg patents, designs, software, data files), productliability and changes in distribution relationships.
To what extent are products themselves still most essential? Aredesign files far more important? What about protection?
And for example, what about certification andstandardization of products and spare parts for cars andplanes?
